No Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours of placement. We encourage you to double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the case of manufacturing defects. If you notice any defect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. The video should be taken from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits. This helps us verify the issue and process your replacement smoothly.

Please note: Without video proof, we will not be able to proceed with the replacement request.
